La Zenia Area

Location

La Zenia is located right by the coast in Costa Blanca South. This area is very popular with vacationing Norwegians, Britons, and other Europeans seeking sun, swimming, and holiday activities.

You can walk to the beach, and there are many restaurants and bars – see our recommended places on Google Maps. Unlike many other holiday towns, La Zenia is never empty in the low season. In the immediate vicinity you’ll find well-known resorts such as:

• Villa Martin
• Torrevieja
• Mil Palmeras
• Punta Prima
• Cabo Roig

It takes about 40 minutes to drive from Alicante airport. You can rent a car, take a bus, or a taxi. It’s very easy to get here.

Cartagena and La Manga are approximately 30 minutes away by car. The old town in Cartagena is definitely worth a visit. Check our Google Maps (under activities) for easy parking in Cartagena.

Shopping

The market in La Zenia is located 200 meters from the apartment and takes place every Saturday from 13:00. At La Zenia Boulevard, you’ll find most goods and services (it’s the largest shopping center in Costa Blanca).
